It's happening because they weren't asked to help, thus they didn't get any power. For a blind person, sitting at home, doing nothing other than hanging out on teamtalk and creating unnecessary drama, this is a complete failure. They can't go around and tell everyone that they have a few other folks under control.

Guys, I really don't appreciate your unfair and immature attitude. We haven't even started cleaning up this place which hasn't been running as perfectly as Charlie said, and you're already taking things out of context and getting mad because to some degree, we're trying to organise this forum following a structure which firstly, is used on many other forums/platforms, secondly has proven time and time again to be very effective. If you want to raise valid concerns, please do so in a respectful and grown-up manner, letting this humble post of mine being an example. I am not cursing or screaming at you, I am using logic and trying to be civilised, though I can't say it's always easy, when even the appearance of an additional forum creates an uproar :D
Also keep in mind that this community is in early stages, almost like it was created yesterday. There hasn't been stable administration or moderation for a good while, we're trying new things and seeing what works. Bear with us and I'm sure we will reach some sort of compromise, though I'd never dare to imagine pleasing all of you, as it's practically impossible :) Have a good day!

Alright, well since phones exist, and apparently that's an easier word for people to understand than computers and technology, you should make a tablets forum, think this was said a few posts ago. Going this route, you'd want to make a forum for every technology in existence, no? I think the end user wouldn't expect non-phone-related topics in the phones forum. But oh well. We'll just have to abide by the laws of those who know how to speak our language, so well! Better than other fit people in this forum, apparently.

I've done everything I can do to help. I've voted in the elections (Three times now I think it is?) and still there's practically no difference in how the English forum operates. I did not run for the administrator position because I supported one of the candidates fully.

Let me correct you. I didn't get reelected because I didn't even apply. It was up on Daszekmdn to choose his teammates. He wrote me in private, asking if I'd like to join, since he thinks it would be the most effective to work with Djsenter and me. At first I wasn't even sure what to answer, but in the end decided to help out.
I don't want to be an administrator, I have no time to deal with such a toxic community. As a moderator, my job is not only to give out warnings or bans, but to make suggestions, advise things to other members of the team, and so on.
On a sidenote: we have already created our own space to communicate, thus there shouldn't be any misunderstandings between the members of the team. Before doing serious things, we always consult with each other.
