What else is there to say. As administrator, it should be your goal to make users using this program, not to tell them they should leave if they don't like your administration.

The Polish forum has implemented many solutions which work very well there, while this community is in shambles and needs some reorganising, so that's what we're doing. If you have such a problem with that, then either offer a better solution in a constructively critical manner, or leave, since no one is forcing you to use this forum or this app.

All we are trying to do is to clean the forum from all the mess and make this community a better, more comfortable place. That's why I've also decided to help Daszekmdn after he contacted me privately. I still have some hope in people, and I firmly believe anyone can change. Even if not overall, but somewhat can.

@30, I'm a bit confused? What do you mean? Are you trying to say that he never said that? If that's the case this is literally the first line of post 26:

Are you also trying to say that you didn't say that either? If yes, this is also from you in post 28

I really don't get what you're trying to say here. The both of you have been echoing each other's sentiments throughout this entire thread. The both of you have also been liking each other's posts which suggests a level of agreement. And, more importantly, you both belong to the same admin group. And for better or worse, the actions and statements of one member of the staff team especially in an interaction like this with the community, will reflect on the entire staff team.

The Polish Elten Community is 235,697 posts written by 464 unique users since 2014.
During this time, moderation and concepts have changed several times, many ideas have caught on, many have failed.
In any case, however, it is a vast experience and many, many ideas that have been tested by several hundred different people and considered the best.

Does that mean it is the only solution and the best vision for the English community? Not at all.
But so far we haven't even seen the effect of the trials of the new team, and already the shouting is starting. I would say observe first, then judge.

OK, but I haven't heard a valid reason as to why this forum should exist other than ("The Polish forum does so we probably should too because the community has gone to the dogs, or, something. IDK, Maybe perhaps?")
I really don't understand how this is meant to make the English forum better, either from a community engagement perspective nor an Administration/management standpoint. It adds nothing and we already have another room that's done it's job perfectly for the last how much years. As I said earlier. This feels like a solution desperately in search of a problem and I'm afraid that problem simply doesn't exist.
I will say this, however. The staff condescending to users when they raise valid concerns, is however, more likely to have an impact on both, and for the negative, I'm afraid.

Honestly, I didn't knew my Alexa and the google assistant are phones now...

both can be used on phones. especially google is rather known for that.

in the alexa topic, they are just talking about the echo devices and google assistant, me. It can, true.
