And again defaining me as just running on a smear campaign. Ya know folks my first point i made was that i was concerned about his adminship due to him saying that he had no interest in beeing admin, which was one of the main rasons i supportet the petition in the first place. And now that his friend (don't remember the name right now, the one with the not absolutely hateful status message something with f) didn't want to become admin he tries it him self. He before calld rory out for the exact same practise and now he tries to play that he is not guilty of ths him self, even though he is, even a bit more then rory was since adleast you could say rory said this on another platform, charlie said it here him self. Then at some point i made the point that a person that can not express him self without using agressive language does not look like a good admin. Where is that a smear campaign?

About the posts deletion:
Looks like some of you are only on the audiogames forum xD. On almost all forums I know deletion offtopic offensive posts and pointless stuff is standard.
Make accounds on more forums and check how it works.
On some of Polish groups here we have rule that when deleting something or sending warnings to the users we writing in the special topic who get warn for what and what was removed.

Sorry for next post, but someone could read my previous.
I'm not good in writing in English, but understand everything properly.
I have 7 years experience in moderation and leawed all groups because of my healthy and that i needed a rest, but if someone want me here, i can try to make this community better, create the good moderation team so if someone need another candidacy, i'm here. I have a concrete clear plan for moderation that works well wherever I have applied it. Remember, however, that I rule with a very hard hand.

I never said you didn't know how moderation works

how can you say you know how moderation works?
Moderation is different for every community and group. And thats why I fully agree on post 246, don't bring the stuff from another community over. This is not copying any moderation system, its finding a new one because obvioursly the old one didn't worked. And yours won't either. We are Elten English Community, not ag net, not polish group, not any other shit, we want to use this forum with its own moderation, without just deleting posts whenever any random mod things thats right.

Experience with moderation is good thing when there's a lot of things to do like here. I didn't said that i wanna copy paste everything, but just have a lot of experience and know how to react. You talking about what was previous here, but that wasn't practice from Polish, Russian or whatever community. That was no practice. Remeber that the previous admin Nuno didn't do anything innowative and not reacted a lot of times when it Was needed. He didn't care about what's going here and another mods couldn't do anything without an consultation which not worked. If i will join to the elections i would like to create an powerfull, experienced team which can work without my guidance and interaction if it is not really necessary.
Make the team with people who know how the things works and how to act in any standard situation. Also here will be clear and easy to understand rules.

Moderation is different for every community and group..

Ye, i know it.
Yes, every community is different but some rules are the same everywhere (See netiquette). Above all, the task of a good moderator is to quell any storms, to cut off worthless arguments and to listen to users and to act in accordance with the good of the community and the will of its members.

No need for experience to know the way moderation works, all you are talking about is common sense, and not experience.

Actually commonsense is not everything.

If you knew how moderation works, you wouldn't say deleting posts is completely normal business:d. Simple as that, nothing more needed to say.

So give examples of mainstream communities where offensive, offtopic or spammy posts are not deleted. :)
