Absolutely agreed, Pajper. I'd be happy to work with more people, as what we as a community lack is definitely a well-organised moderation system and people who can devote their time and help the platform. With Nuno it's usually good to work, because if there's something really awful going on, he immediately notifies me and explains the taken actions. But the other members of the moderation team barely show up, and it's difficult to do anything that way.

The truth is that I don't have the energy or time to delve into the social aspects of this community. I lead an organization that is very time consuming, so I'm really only here as a programmer and a person for possible action in the highest field.
I also don't moderate the Polish community because I don't have time for it.

And agree again, Pajper. Leading an organization is definitely time consuming, which, at this age I absolutely wouldn't be able to do at all. You do a great job with being a programmer of the platform, and let's be honest, we can't expect you to moderate all the communities, only because we are facing difficulties. We need a more active administrator, indeed. But on a more private note, who would you choose? Some number-leaker guys who can't control themselves? Some 13-olds who's biggest problem is primary school and the fact that they don't get the newest iPhone from their parents? Some other guys with different behavior problems? Because that is exactly what we have around here, in the english community, except a few adequate people, who keep advising things which may would work. For example even Cyrmax didn't want to start a political war here, but pointed out an error which personally didn't touch him, because his region is different, but he wanted to help the platform by telling it to folks, who had no idea about it.

Railwayguy demoted himself after a long time. He said he already doesn't have time for checking Elten as much as he wants to, so he wouldn't do his tasks well. Noone told him to step back, it was his decision.

And it's not because I'd have some personal grudges against you, but for such a job you need to behave adequately, always, there's no exception. You can't say you had a bad day, or you banned someone because you wanted to have some fun with your friends.

There are many users who don't speak on the forums here because of this mess, but they would probably contribute a very valuable voice would the situation normalize.

and i do understand that, but most of the warnings i got were defending myself or asking for sounds, which i honestly and respectfully didn't know why i got that i didn't know the sounds were pirated. and i own up to that. i just think with the amount of time i'm on elten i could contribute my time on here to providing some purity to our comunity.
