Replying to one of the comments on my poll:

I didn't add Supernova intentionally because;
1. It's not really used widely.
2. It has multiple names I guess, and I didn't know how exactly to add it to the list.
I know it should have existed anyway, but still, one could just type that they used Supernova as a response to any of the questions with text fields.

Yes, hal, good screen reader, it was for dos operating system. It had also lithuanian synthesizer, named "apollo". Interesting as this synthesizer was hardware, nice and small box on the table connected to pc I don't remember what port it used.

I use narrator for my daily work, the edge browser, the mail app on windows 10 and the netflix app etc. Narrator works great with apps from microsoft. Since I don't use much third party apps, I cannot know how they work much. The only place where I use NVDA is when paying games that doesn't have well sapi support, speech interrupt etc. And for this reason, I have NVDA portable and not installed it. NVDA also works well with some controls on some programs or some websites that needs clicking with the mouse to work, as narrator does not have these commands to move the mouse to the narrator cursor, left click and right click etc.
I use one core voices with narrator and e-speak with NVDA. And when I use elten, I use rhvoice with bdl+anna speec profile. It is very useful for read,ng text in English and in Russian.

I also use Narrator for some things. One of the apps I have, the Bang Olufsen control panel doesn't work well with NVDA. It works better with Narrator but it has some focus issues.

better use NVDA. If app dont support it, tell devs about your issues.

Narrator is getting better but it's still NVDA all the way for me. One Core is the default engine in NVDA now, just in case some didn't know it.

I prefer espeak engine, of course older one, because latest version
(starting from nvda 2018.4) mess up Lithuanian language pronouncetion, so I have made fixing by replacing some files. It's noticeable on latest espeak-ng version for android and this is really annoying. Have you noticed it for any other language?

Yes, in the latest ESpeak NG version for android, the one with emoticons support, there's a problem with all modified versions of latin letters, for example, in German ü, ö etc.

hello everyone. since NVDA python version 3 has come out, is there any new and or older speach sinths that will still work? for example, I hurd festable was a thing, but its no longer supported. And this off topic, but where can I download the mac OS voices for ballabolka? I hurd you are able to do such thing. I also am trying to figure out How I can get the vocalizor tts voices put on to my computer for free. sorry for the long poast lol

As far as I know, Eloquence is the only one, kinda shady but available, for Python 3. Stuff like Festival and RH voice aren't supported. The developers went to sleep, lol.

Cool, didn't know that. I actually don't know which ones are and which ones aren't. I just assumed, and you know what that means, ha ha, makes an ass out of u and me.

yep, I assume a lot too, but I know for a fact that rh voice is supported, because I've got it installed. Festival isn't though, and that's a pity.

I didn't know which ones to keep and which ones not to, so the only one I have is IBM TTS, aka Eloquence.

Well, I have a version of NV Speech Player that I can use with the latest version of NVDA. And I also have a version of Newfon with Python 3 support.
Those who really need it may be so few, but just in case...
And I would also like to ask if anyone has these two things called SoftVoice and Svox Pico.
Oh, and also DecTalk.

I only know of python 2 versions of the three latter synths you mentioned. Could you give me that NV speech player version or tell me where to find it? Thanks in advance!
