I'm having bad news for you. Using a third-party app which uses google translate is the same as if you'd use google translate itself.

Yes, I know that, but using an NVDA-Adon instead of the website is easier, and it's not the same as typing text into a field, choosing a language and copying the resuld-text, than simply pressing a keyboard shortcut.
