Yo, what's up chat! Its about time I show my face around here and drop a contravercial take, so here it goes. I think my most contravercial take is that I believe that the state can justly apply the death penalty to apostates.

I would say my most wild takes in the eyes of most people is something like me being anti 19th amendment firstly. Witch to the foreners and the americans that didn't bother to read their foundational document has to do with womans right to vote. I apose it and oh yeah the earth is flat.

The 17TH is the one which made Senators elected right? Yeah I agree. It should be reppealed. 22nd is the one which imposes term limits? Yeah. I also think Term limits are anti-democratic.
Holy shit why TF would you want to abolish the 15TH? Black people being allowed to vote is the reason America hasn't elected a crazy communist yet.

Poor wording on my part. I meant I'd also support it because *I* think it's undemocratic. But I recognise the way I phrased it made it seem like I think you also did.
Here's another take.
We should not condemn media, particularly fictional material, for containing things that society broadly deems immoral. For example, we shouldn't shy away from a game or a book which incorporates themes of slavery, segirgation etc. I'd really love to play a game where I can participate in a slave trade of some kind, but I know a game like that would be canceled. It does exist, they're just not yet accessible.

@233 the founders didn't want to make anything in the constitution to tell states who was or wasn't allowed to vote. I agree with this I like the idea of what state power was ment to mean. States used to have the ability to run themselfs radicly differently from eachother you could have a state ware everyone could vote and you could have a state ware only 50 people were allowed to vote. My bigger consern is that I don't want the states to be told that they should have to have universal sufferage because of the 15th and the 19th. Also mind you they were so in favor of the states having power that the bill of rights didn't apply to the states themselfs until the 14th was past. The feds couldn't take your guns but any state or town could do what ever the shit they wanted.

Yeah I mostly agree with this, I'd like to have a decentralized system.

Why shouldn't women vote? I am myself against the radical feminism, but either voting is for all or for none.
I'm also for an amendment that the children should vote as well.
