This user account system on Elten is rather a mess. Some spam and multi accounts of some users and you can't take it off. that's just in my view.

Well, if you would allow me to take a moment to tell you how things would go if I were ever to become the admen of this group.
First of all, I would create different conference channels for different topics in the English community group, so as not to clutter up or interrupt the flow of other people who are talking about other unrelated topics and to give the space that you all would want.
I don't know about you, but I was raised that if you treat others with kindness, they will be nice and respectful to you. And if anyone had any problems with anyone else, we would solve the problem in the best and most easiest and fair way. I used to spend time in a court house as a paperboy, bringing important documents to all of the different places within the courthouse. While doing this, I got to sit down and listen to all kinds of cases. So my idea of fixing any sort of Misbehavior is to run it sort of like a trial. We find all the Evidence of whatever the case is about. We se if their are any Witnesses who saw whatever the problem was, then I, as the admin would make the final decision, based on the evidence given. Of course, I would need moderators to sort of be like Lawyers. One would talk to the Defendant and the other would talk to the Plaintiff or victim or if there are more than one, victims if you know what I'm getting at. This is just an idea. Like it, great! Hate it, I'm sorry. I just want to help.

Just drop the group. It died anyway. Keep it as archive or wihtout admin. But don't boter and admin this shit. The people here are way to unthankfully to deserve that, and I'd say that 50 percent of here are trolls, drama queens or other people who stepped in the background caused by the drama. It may had it's great times, they are now over.

Now about this group being destroyed. Compared to it's size, the online games corner has been just as stupid if not worse actually, so I closed it. However for this comunity we have to keep in mind, even if this is a blindy program in a way that this is a lot bigger and you can't ever have a perfect member list. But I believe the removal of few individuals would help already, at least to keep yall from over dramatizing it.
Also just keep it without admin or archive? Broh nonsense. Either archive or delete by that logic. Imagine a totaly public hopeless playground

I think he was criticising the way he handles his group, that happens to be about autism, not criticising them for being autistic.

The problem is not that I want to leave this position but the lack of people willing to moderate. If there will be someone who have good reputation (I mean someone who never received a ban or warn here) and want to join my team i will stay here and try fix more. I am always open to comments and ideas from my teammates, so maybe someone can change current structures etc.
I don't feel burned out, just lak of people to work. It's all.
Why i reacted here faster than the usual? Because i'm back to home, have more free time and first of all this forum is allocated for me. You remember forum divisions thread?

I don't pretend to be unavailable. It's real. I was only home for a few days in more than the last month so... I didn't had enough time to look here.
And finally if you weren't afraid of being banned you wouldn't leave the group after writing every post.
