When somebody says slava ukrayine it's good, but when someone says Slava Rossii its ad. I said slava rossii, not smert' ukrayine.

OK, maybe that wasn't the best of things I could have said in this moment, but nobody seems to understand the idea I try to get through. I am not saying that Russians are saints, I am just saying that the west are not saints either.

But I must agree it's not the best place to express your opinions on such a topic, especially you're an admin. You didn't make it in a correct way, too.

@pajper has this in his signature. So should we again return to the fact that shouting "stand with ukraine" is okay but "stand with russia" is something terrible?
Nuno just supports Russia and has the same rights as pajper who supports ukraine.

No, Elten does not have an official position. The official position has been repeatedly presented by the Prowadnica Foundation, and it is a position that condemns Russia's unlawful invasion of Ukraine and in particular all its war crimes.

However, I do not believe that an administrator cannot express private views. The administrator is also a human being, and each of us has opinions on many topics.

I agree with that. He can say "Stand with Ukraine" and I can say "Slava Russian brothers' even if some people might find it distasteful. On a totally different note it is very hard tosay that you support Ukraine or not as there are so many factors that come into play. But in todays society we cannot express our views freely, and its not the fault o Elten, Pajper, Prowadnica or whatever. It is just how the society regressed

But supporting Ukraine or Russia, or expressing sympathy towards Ukraine or Russia, or condemning Russia's invasion; they all mean different things.
Being with Ukraine in this difficult time does not mean dislike for Russian citizens. In the same way, Russians can love Russia as their homeland and at the same time be against Russian onslaught. Someone could potentially not accept Ukraine's behavior but be against this war. There are hundreds of different attitudes.

Yes, that's what I am tryin to say more or less.
Another thing are so called war crimes. Because keep in mind that Ukraine also keeps war prisoners, and because of the army's internal procedures nobody can check how those people are treated. So you don't know what happens there as well

I'm not against Russia, the same i'm not against Ukraina. I'm only against the war. I thing that 'Slava Russia", "slava Ukraina" Isn't the best what we can say in topic like that.

Guys, believe, russian people are against this war too.
As i already said on AG forum, russian army takes our family members and make them fight despites their wishes.
So we do not like this war too.
But if we stand publicly with this position our police comes to our home and arrest everybody.
So we just sit and keep silent.

Exactly. I absolutely agree with both of you Nuno and Pajper. And maybe I need to mention the fact, that in my eyes noone becomes a worse person just because he thinks differently than me. That's why we are different people. How boring life would be if we were thinking all about the same things, the same way! When the topic itself started, I wrote it all down because I was trying to help the platform for years, and I felt like my morals are hurt. But it turned out everything was the fault of the developer of the youtube library itself, so what to do now? We can bash Ukraine or Russia down to the ground, but we aren't going to change the terrible situation that's currently going on in the world.
