About windows, we have services wich sell's keys for win 10 and win 11, but I guess owners of the services are buying licenses from other countrys.

Hmm, we have a service for keys for windows and office, which is great. You pay a reasonable amount of money and get the key, and you get the right to use the product in a legal way, without having to deal with cracks and such.

Sanctions provide a way for countries to develope their own technologies and be independent from foreign countries. For example, Turkey now develops it's own defense systems and an electric car is in development.

If you want, of course you can. But you should know that I do not know everything. Sadly, my uncle who participates in this war is so rare guest in my home, so we have not so much time to talk.
But as a russian citizen I can tell more, because I am not eaten by propaganda and if needed can criticize both sides if think that their behavior is not good.
