what I hatetmost is when it freezes upon browsing files in explorer, and once you get to a context menu you can't even expand it in NVDA because it gets stuck and you have to expand it.

Strange, doesn't do that for me. Made problems on my old laptop, but works fine with the new one.

It works perfectly fine for me. I use the latest official version.

I just thougt I would start a fun project and integrate the ElevenLabs TTS voices into NVDA. So I did it. And here you go: You simply need to enter an API key and boom. Of course this lags as hell, but that's ElevenLabs.

guys does anyone have the registry key that installs the custom eloquence voices?

can you make one we can use without an api key

In therory I guess, but there I don't know how to instal additional python modules in NVDA, and don't know if its possible. If so, yes. If not, no. I need to check. But you can use the SapiAdapter.

I checked and it is as follows: It is possible to implement edge-tts into NVDA, but I'm not capable of doing so with my current knowledge. I would need to manually include all the libraries directly into the addon, bbut I don't know how to do all this. I can do OpenAI and Google Cloud if you want, that's easier.

The one thing I don't like about Google TTS is that in say all, it has these weird pause glitches, pausing when it shouldn't.
