Well when you want to complomise, put half and half together. In other words 3 minutes is, Like I say, perfect. All though 5 minutes is good too.

Or, give people the option of how long voice posts should be when they create their own voice forums. 60, 120, 180, 240 or 300 seconds. I think 180 seconds (3 minutes) is where the sweet spot is, though.

When I attach a file, it only plays the recording for one minute.

You should make it a typical attachment, not an audio post; it should appear in "Attachments" section.

I made a gnew group on elton where you can recoard as long as you want.

the limit can be removed because a person can write 10 voice messages one after another, and it can be just 1 voice message of 10 minutes

or you must remove limit for attached voice posts, not in attachments but in files that are sent like a voice post.

Actually that's a lot more better.

Actualy those people could be punished for excessive posting.

I find out either a longer time limit or no time limit will be very useful for people who is new to Elton.
And also it will be very useful for people who wants to attach longer music files.

I can understand why the voice message length has been shortened, but like some people say, if they wanna share some music or other audio that's longer than 60 seconds, well... That's a pain.
