If you have Windows 10, you can use Windows 1 kor voices. They have an Arabic synthesizer voice and it works also with NVDA.

Yes, the Arabic eSpeak NG has many flaws and I did post several of them on GitHub. Let us see what happens. Well, don't expect any short-term fix.

I believe EspeakNG should be really fixed for spanish.

It pronounces the letter d as nobody does.
It does it as th.

And it doesn't really pronounce the letter s as a Spaniard should. Same for Dutch and Greek.

Any help on how to use 32-bit SAPI voices on Windows 10? I once used to be able to do that but now I can't and I don't know the reason and I don't remember how I did it either.

Hmm, I have no problem with 32-bit voices. I know that the NeoSpeech voices I have are 32-bit. Perhaps the only 64-bit ones are Windows One-core, but then again I'm not up on technical stuff like that.

Well my question was missing. I want to know how I can use them with Narrator and how I can set them as my default TTS voice.

I don't know how to use them with narrator, but as the default computer voice, run this:
C:\windows\SysWOW64\Speech\SpeechUX\sapi.cpl
