Many, if not most, of the users do use illegal software, Windows included; but you may not share it here, and this is what the problem is. And if something is illegal, then it's illegal. This does not depend on whether someone uses it, and whether someone uses it and tells others not to. One may be really unable to purchase such software for financial or other reasons, but still respect the law and property rights at the same time, and wish to purchase the software if it were possible. So things are more complicated than you think.

And I acknowledge that the Siri voices cannot be purchased as opposed to the Vocalizer and Eloquence TTS engines, but the voices are still used with a Vocalizer driver and you will likely use a cracked (pirated) one, so the situation most likely does not change that much. I would tolerate your argument if you bought the driver and then installed the Siri voices.

I contacted Sepstral, and Neospeech, and they said that they don't do anything for personal use anymore. They are focused on speech server platform and integrating the voice in to Public address systems. I was really hoping to purchase the high quality voices. I always try to purchase voices legally.

Well the Ivona child voices are nice too. But Noelle and Joelle from Nuance are just two modified versions of Zoey.
