I think a more useful metric would be to look at the number of new maps being built and challenges approved. SBYW would be far behind in that metric, and that's not up for dispute. But that's because the game hasn't been upded since 2024 and most people use it as a chat client or to explore already built maps. GC, as a new game, shouldn't have those qualms

last shots player base failed in the first 3 weeks. and that's the fate of all fps games sadly these days. it got 44 players for 2 days, gc sustained, and still does, sustain 40 players. now its not every day like in the first week but it still can get up to 40 from time to time. in ls's 2 weeks it was all ready slumping a bit, getting 15 20, and then in the past 2 weeks of ls, it has been just a ghost town, I log in and I see just like, 3 online on ls.there 2 different games. I am not saying anything bad against ls, I do wish it had more playrs who played but its just how all fps games go. they get so many players and then die. see rage, and redspot, and now this. its sad but true. but I think the gc pb will stay up for a long time.
