The story of fire gaming.
Create game.
People see gun
People click.
People love.
Source sold.
People fight for source and life.
Source claimed.
Source leaked.
People celebrate in glory meant for them all along.

Well 2 of 3 are. It all started with infinite warfare were (at least a part of) firegaming tried fooling the community saying it was oreginal, though it was later revealed to be a clone of redspot. Although they did a lot to the game and it was pretty nice to play, it never lost this stigma and eventually died down. It was leaked in the first days of it's existance already. Then there was last shot, another pretty nce to play game. Especiallz if you like sidescrollers and in general fps games. I don't exactly know when it ended as i at some point didn't host their servers anymore and they bought their own server, plus i didn't follow the community so much anymore at that time, but it also shut down at some point. That one was not leaked as of yet, it was sold, and actually for a quite reasonable ammound if you ask me. Though the people tha currently have it gave it to some pretty questionable people so could be a matter of time, wouldn't be surprised. Then city of division came arround, and about that game i basically know nothing. I only had my mb at the time and it couldn't run under parallels windows vm as some dlls were having issues, but from what i heard it was another pretty ok game that had potential. Then though this thing was sold for a, sorry, completely ridiculous ammound, i think arround 2000 dollars. And as far as i understood it it was basically instantly leaked after it was sold because the guy who sold it gave it to some soposed friends and these then passed it on. Overall a pretty sad legazy, and as someone who followed the IW thing and also some parts of ls this is really damning as firegaming surely had potential. But from an outside perspective it just seams like they could never stick to projects long enough.

Creative potential definitely, but code standards not so much after seeing the code of all of those three games hahaha. But nobody's perfect.
Anyway, I think there's somebody worse than the person you're tinking of who has the code so I rather expect a leak from them rather from the other one. Let's be real, where should the person leak it. They're not really engaged anywhere in the English space, so it only could be leaked to speakers of their own language, a loooot of which don't have contact to English speakers that know where business happens anyway so the damage would be much smaller.
Anyway done with all tat mysthery talking, I guess.
