I'd ask lolgamer that one. I don't know either. The fact I was only hear for STW and the rest of them in 2023 but then the shutdown happened and I didn't know until later... and the fact all these games just get shutdown is honestly sad...
Well, everything seems to be like it. More and more nice games keep shutting down, in fact, there are no nice audio games right now, only video games with accessability mods, and most of those nice ones is payed. So this might become true
@3 it had a massive shitshow that I can't be bothered to summarise, I may just restore the thread because it is historical to some degree, so I guess they became burnt out after
All that I survey, I could easily destroy. From time to time, it is important to remind these small creatures of the true extent of my power.
Ah lol, I wouldn't say so. It had it's flaws, was full of campers, didn't even have doors or 3d sound because the devs would need to remake their reverb system, o no! Yeah don't create games in python unless you actually know how to do things and what to use, then that can go pretty well. But else... At the end of the day it was just walk and kill as usual. It had it's mechanics, but you often couldn't really get to that even unless you knew how to be a good camper and clutter your inventory with everything. The map itself was the only thing that was kinda nice about it, there was lots to explore. Funfact, they didn't want to add doors because of there then being a lot of campers. Well look at what it has been without doors. You could just simply walk on a street, see nothing after your 5 seconds of scan cd, and boom. Someone sniped you and that's it, 1 hit=dead, lost everything. Idk man. Ranked matches were somewhat nice, but even they bugged out eventually and you saw how crumbly this entire construction was. Quests and the stories were a great thing, but you couldn't really get to that unless, well, you had not many people on the map and were left in peace. What I'm trying to say, the map and story, I like the work, kinda made up from it but it wasn't by far a great title.
lol... When I see this thread I'm so glat I have decided to stop as a online game dev. I mean I don't think I can do better on a new title, because I actually are getting more things to do in life, which means I don't have the time to manage a game anymore. That's why I stepped off.
Godot? Is accessible, at least that's what all the NVGT haters say, right? Well, use Godot, NVGT which works well enough, or learn something mainstream. Wait never mind, I forgot NVGT is bad because I will be laughed at when I want to apply for a job when telling about it. Rar rar rar.
