well guys, I can't believe I'm even doing this, and I think my main computer may have already updated, but windows 11 25h2 may have broken the elten app completely, because elten just crashes upon updading.
Well done microhard, you just broke another update! Please try to fix it, because I don't even think using compatibility mode works either.
rather it crashes upon opening. That means you get to deal with more multiposting madness guys. My only other option now is to either use the website or a vm. In this case my windows 7 vm.
I rolled back to version 2.5.2.3 and it's working. I'm using the newer version of the add-on with no problems but 2.5.2.5 won't run on this machine either.
I've set my program seetings to update to beta but I'm getting 2.5.2.5 when I check for updates. I guess I'll have to restart the program and hope for better results.
On the latest stable and experienced this as well. Ran it with the program compatibility assistant and it now works fine. I then changed my configuration and it crashed again. Just checked elten_old.log but there we no details. The last entry is loading configuration.
