There is a quite broad spectrum about music editing and creating. Hence, not everyone does like the same genres, so I ask you kindly to respect the other's favorites. Despite that it's of course encouraged to give the original creators or remixers that posted a song encouraging and constructive feedback. Please not just shut them down, the process of learning how to produce music is a really frustrating one as I experienced myself.
Lastly, please do not share songs or remixes you didn't actually made, and - if possible - create a small text post including a few details, such as wether the shared piece is a remix or original - self-produced - song so we can appropriately give feedback basing on what we know. Also, if it is a remix it would be nice if a YouTube or Spotify link for the original could be included in said text posts. And unless AI only was only used for generating a small subset of the midi notes, AI generated songs are not permitted in this thread.
Also, just a little reminder: The voice limit on this forum is 2 minutes and 30 seconds. That are 150 seconds, 75 bars or 300 beats on a tempo of 120 bp/m. If your song is longer than that, you might want to share it as an attachment. Additionally, Elten downgrades the quality by quite a bit, so either way it might be word that. If your attachment is to large, you either can re-export it with a different Bitrate or downgrade it manually with an encoder such as FFMPEG. The average ear does not hear the difference between 120 kbps and 192 - or even 256 - kbps.
That being said, now to myself: I'm using Ableton Live 12 since about four months. I first started with simple and little 1-3-instrument loops and later moved on to aranged musical pieces. My favorite genres are Phonk, a bit of Hartstyle and EDM/electronic music. That's quite a broad genre, so keep in mind my favorite artists mostly are Alan Walker and Avicii. If you would like to know anything else, feel free to ask and I'll happily answer any outstanding questions!
I'm looking forward to all your posts and constructive feedback and discussion rounds!
