In my opinion, you've had better productions here, this one is so good that nothing is off key :P. Not my style, but it's nice that you try to go into full forms of songs, not just 30-second short clips. What I would improve here: First of all, this thing like bass and melody shouldn't be played on the same synthesizer / sample. It just doesn't blend together nicely. There is definitely a lack of bass here, it should come in slowly when the drop starts and then drive the entire production, but it simply isn't there here. Oh, I'm also not a fan of drowning everything in reverb, but there is absolutely no reverb here, and spatial effects are a very important part of electronic music. Some nice reverb, emphasizing the treble and not muddying the mix, e.g. on synthesizers, would be good.
Hi, the synthesizer melody was actually the first one I have written. What it does is switching between the same note played on the same octave, most of the times. There two variations of this, the second iteration of which only is the double speed of the first one. This may be why it sounds like they overlap badly, but this is actually intended and not designed to be a bass. As for the rest, thanks for the feedback. I noticed that with the bass myself but wanted to post this before I begin with it.
