Even running as admin doesn't helps. Has the error been resolved in the next versions? Honestly, after 18 months of developing and beta tests I expect it to work. Installing a game in the program files directory defaultly isn't good because exactly that, probably.
Edit: Downloaded it now and trying to install it over the old installation. The site deserves a ssl certificate in any case.
Edit2: The error hasn't been resolved, at least not when we go after the change log.

Also, the installer shows still version 0.12...

I'm pretty sad after I have figured out that the game server runs on Windows. Not only that, it's running on the unstablest Windows I have ever seen, from the worst company ever, which is currently sadly dsh. You can expect server crashed every two weeks. I wish you much fun playing.
Not trying to kick this game into the dust, but to select a pyton game to be hosted on Windows without ssl certefy on the site is not really smart.

also someone needs to seriously update files, my computer gave me an error that a file was corrupted, not sure why but what do you expect.
