I am writing this post for your information.
A few days ago I created an English-speaking group for people who bought a sponsorship package. The aim of the group is to contact me immediately, I will try to answer all questions asked there immediately, within a few days at most.
I think that people who bought a sponsorship package deserve such contact with me as an author.

How is this different from contacting you privately though? I mean, whenever I had something to say, you reacted pretty quickly, and when you didn't, you had other things to do, which is absolutely understandable.

quite honestly? Yes, but firstly we know each other personally and secondly you are a moderator.
Unfortunately, in general, contact with me is very difficult, especially for people who do not write on Polish forums. And I am acutely aware of that.

Sorda. But I believe everyone has the right to do so. It is kind of excluding going like I'll try to have more time for you if you buy me. In a way.

Especially if you can even do that so quickly, then that'd be proof that you wouldn't be that busy and just don't want to answer those people no matter who.

There are some questions that we, moderators can answer as well. There's no need to always bother Pajper, as he has many other things to do in real life. Whenever I wrote him in private, it was mostly not about elten or moderation, but other things we both share in common. Honesstly the next months are going to be tough for me either, but I'm keeping an eye on Elten and I'm going to do my best to keep up with answering questions. And when I have some free time I'm always up for hanging out.

Yeah, but let's go back to the user users problem. remember how long Pajper took to actually do any single thing about it? Sorry but this is truth the way I see it.

yep it looks very strange. If you buy my time i will support you. If not, then please stand by your call is very important for us, but another month maybe we answer.

But, to be honest, recently @pajper answered lots of my posts on the forum, and answers were almost immediate.

I can agree to you, or at least understand your opinions but believe me, the group is not that informative as it seems, even there it takes days or weeks to get an answer, what is not any accusation, but an information, and I am thankful we have this group, but meh, don't over, rate, think, whatever it.

The group is a place for sponsors to thank them for the support. And remember, please, that all premium packages, including sponsor and putting it at first on the list, is a support for the server to be mantained. So talking about buying anyone's time/support is not fair at all. The priorities according to Elten's development are clear - as Pajper said, he hasn't so much time right now to develop the PC client. What's more, he does not receive any salary/reward for this job. But nvmd, he's duing it out of passion. Anyway, he must concentrate on other sources of just earning money nearly only so as to maintain the server and all its functionalities. The server itself costs around 16000 pln, so about 3500-4000 eur. It is not a normal cost for a geek that supports some banal project. Nearly every activity non-connected with Elten at first glance aims to maintain it or, at least, letting pajper survive somehow. :p

As I can observe, all the shitty stuff you must dealing with here is simply connected with a big mess around your administrative structure. Polish Community has an administrator that is not connected/associated with pajper at all and he and his staff are dealing with all the problems somehow. It's not easy, offcourse, they're issuing some problems, too, but all the problems here are caused by administrative issues. I'm not saying here that moderators are stupid/ignorant/whatever - I can see they have no time or there are not enough people serious enough to keep an eye on your group. But that's the reason.

Lol. Admins can't develop features that are almost just needing to be implemented to get a nicer program. Also why is he focusing on the iOS version at all. I'd rather fix up the pc one and then worry about iOS things. Well and it always has to do with if you care or not. I mean if it's so bad you'd host elten and that you have other resources to urn money with, sell it. Seriously. I'd rather have it sold to someone who is taking it more organized than having this kind of argument you are bringing forth. And time and stuff don't excuse all the errors this program has. I feel like he didn't have time since ever. And I don't. Try to be rood but to be honest this is how it is.

yeah agree to marc. in my openion it's not time for a ios or android app when even the pc app is so fucking broken and buggy.

and I'm wondering if the programming takes realy so long? updating only a library is the only update we had in the last few months.

@Rudolf If you think so, why don't you do it themselves?
