Voting yes means that the new set of rules as proposed by Sir-Charlie will become the official rules of Elten English, voting no means that we will continue with the status quo, voting Yes with changes means that you mostly support the rules but can provide amendments to be discussed. Note, the rules as proposed by Sir-Charlie will become the official rules in the meanwhile, and your changes may not necessarily be included in the official rules if you select yes with changes.
