He seems to be the most level-headed and will maybe strive, as best he can, to keep the English community running as smoothly as can be achieved.
I really like Sir-Charlie's ideas and willingness to discuss his proposals, but I cannot agree with non-removal policy.
It is difficult to make a decision, I don't know Fire while I have read the other 2 and I know they are qualified. but I think Sir-Charlie could do well.

@Sir-Charlie I very like how you present your ideas, but it seems to me that you just try to fly on current emotions. For any thinking person it's obvious that without removing posts we have a total mess in a minute.
