hey Mike this is just weird because if you did not want to share your real identity no one can force you to do so but why not just use the text form to introduce yourself but I don't really get that because the use you used here even the voice is not your own voice so why even need to do that I mean you could have just you know posted a written like paragraph talking about yourself anyway so welcome back

Perhaps they are shy or they don't want to speak real voice. So they decided to speak computer voice. I mean, this text-to-speech, use the text-to-speech because it's easier for them or they wanted to use it.

Hello! Nice to meet all of you! Readme is very good idea, there is a lot of useful information so yeah, I think you should read it and you will know a lot of useful functions in Elten and if you don't understand anything you can write, post in forum and a lot of people will explain you everything.
