singing speech synthesizers

How do I set the symbols to go through nvda?
I have a version of dectalk that works with the current version, but I don't have the addon file for it.

In the punctuation / symbol pronunciation dialog, there is the combo box "send actual symbol to synthesizer".

And, can someone share the working dectalk version? Thanks in advance.
