about komplete stuff

Hello!
Since quite a lot of people from our community uses something from NI, I thought I'll create a general topic for that.
My first question will be: do you use different effect plugins which come with komplete bundles? I mean, do you like their reverbs, compressors etc?
But of course I think that generally NI stuff can be posted in this topic. Things like: which libraries do you use, what instruments or synths do you like etc.

Sadly, I haven't anything from NI at the moment, no software, nor hardware.
I had kontakt player, but a month a go the UI just go black, so I wasn't able to use it anymore and I still haven't found a time to reinstall, plus a lot of libraries require the full version.
It's sad that you have to buy an extra hardware to control things what you generaly can not control on a normal pc, such like NI products...
Also the default reaper preset selection list actually works on like 1 from 5 vsts, on most of them you really have to mess with the UI stuff, or simulate midi-pc messages...
Also, my reaper is really broken or my computer is suppper weak, but my vst UIs aren't showing correctly. Everytime when they appear, my computer starts to lag and I can't do shit...

Hey, is it kontakt accessible? as I tried kontakt 6 I couldn't say that.

It's the most accessible with komplete kontrol keyboards, I don't think it's much accessible with normal screenreader. Maybe the're some macros for mac users but I don't know for sure.

There are some scripts for kontakt available for windows, but that's all, I think. Damn, I want to try kk keyboards... :D

Yeah, I highly recommend that whenever you have a chance. It eases so many things. Of course it doesn't solve all of our problems but quite a few of them for sure. Even if it was only for browsing sounds, your workflow is so much faster and more comfortable then.

But also it's possible to create something by using normal computer keyboard, it produces a delay which could be annoyed, but it's technically possible

Of course, but I meant rather possibilities of browsing komplete libraries, unaccessible in other way.

And also using VSTIS that are not accessible... I am just not quite sure what I'll get if I will buy the keyboard. Do I have to buy komplete kontrol start / ultimate / these stuff, or will I get something software with the keyboard already? Also dk if I can direct plug it through USB or if I should get an audio interface. These are the questions that are still quite encouraging me to wait untill someone that I know will get it before me so I can try it before buying :D .

WIth komplete m32 or a series you get only komplete start, but with s series you get komplete select. Also komplete kontrol itself and maschine are included. You don't need an audio interface because it is only a midi controller, connected with usb cable. You can check on native instruments websitewhat you're getting with any keyboard or bundle.

hi, were can i get te scripts for the contact player? is it for jaws screenreader or NVDA?

I think it's for jaws, there for I don't know, because I don't use jaws. Sorry.

Yo guys. Just instaled komplete start and I really like it, but I have some problems that I sadly don't know how to fix. Is there anyone using komplete?

A few, I suppose. :) What seems to be the problem?

So, basically.
When I launch komplete kontrol and select a preset, I got an error message saying that I don't have the vst required to load the preset.
I double checked and I have them all, reaktor, kontakt, gr6, and also the synths that u can load in reaktor etc etc...
So the problem is probably that kk can't see them, so I wanted to rescan them.
Launched the kk standalone app and boom, no audio.
I guess it's doing some exclusive mode black magic, so yeah, now I'm kinda stuck :).
I am able to load stuff in using the komplete access script, which, btw, is bugged for me also :D.
So I am manually importing the patches and dk how to make the presets selection stuff work...

You have to actually scan the library both using Komplete Standalone and then Komplete VST. The problem is, somewhere there is a tool made in Autohotkey, but I don't remember the website address. In turn, the scanning in the VST version is carried out using NVDA OCR, but sometimes the appropriate button is covered by a window. In this case, it is worth either closing all windows or restarting the computer.

Okay so I tryed to rescan again and it actually looked cool. No content missing while the scan, but when I relaunched reaper and clicked on the presets, I still have the content missing warning. I looked up to appdata local native kk, and the locations there are matching, so I really dk what went wrong.
