Worry not, you should be able to delete the whole thing just by swiping up or down to get to the right rotor action on the project. Or you can just undo anything you do.

Well, thanks for the help at any rate. I don't see myself trying Garage Band again.

That's a nice song. You did a good job. I'm rocking on my seat dancing to that song. It actually sounds pretty good. So thanks for sharing.

Wow, this song is nice indeed! It sounds very, very familiar to me but for god's sake it doesn't come in my mind what it exactly is.

#527

It is A cigányok sátora. Ofcourse, I don't know good lyrics of this song. This song is Hungarian and I've heard It somewhere before.

I know It.
There was in one radio show also part to translate lyrics of traditional ethnic groups, who leaves in eastern Slovakia. There was also this song and also, I've heard this song in serbian version recorded by Zvonko Bogdan.

Okay, here's my first ever loop with Reaper. The overall volume could be higher but I can always re-render the project so that's no problem. And I already plan to add several more instruments. So the percussion I made with some loops I downloaded from free-drumloops.com and FL Studio's percussion samples, while the instruments I made entirely with a free VST plug-in called Deep Mono. So I highly recommend that you download it if you haven't already.

Oh gosh, I love this. Please, could you send this loop to me privately? Because really I love this, how it sounds like. Really, it is great work.

Wow, didn't know you added strings to it, really cool!

#538

Thanks... I also plan to add some other instruments and effects. Let's see what we get... And I remade the whole thing with Surge XT, a newer but still free plug-in. Deep Mono wasn't stable and has caused Reaper to crash several times.

#539 Edited

And, as I said earlier, I not only remade the thing with Surge XT but also added some Turkish instruments including the qanun and some percussion. And glad that I managed to apply some reverb but now is everything heard clearly or are certain instruments drowned out by others?
So the qanun samples are definitely not the best that I have, but I wanted to use a VST plug-in rather than audio samples or my own BGT thing, so that I could edit the notes more precisely, and adjust their velocity. As our moderator said, I must always avoid making "emotionless" stuff, so the methods I mentioned I must not prefer. By the way, I wonder why our moderator no longer comments on my tracks. Perhaps because she can no longer find anything to discredit them? Or perhaps Reaper is now yet another thing that I make better stuff than her with? I remember how she once said I couldn't criticize others when I didn't know how to use Reaper myself. And now she must be shocked to notice how quickly I have been learning Reaper, and how the things I make are fully mine and unique rather than just covers or remakes of other tracks.
