to install alexa to your computer.
1. press windows+i, and go to language and region settings. there, change the region to usa.
than go to microsoft store, search for alexa and install it!

We love Alexa, especially with the Microwave Oven she will operate for us on command.

First off, it's up to you to decide what version of Windows your PC(s) run. I like Windows 7, and run it with pride. Software doesn't work? Work around it! Also, remember not to be a moron and go flying around the net clicking links and opening file attachments willy nilly.
Second, I got a 4th gen Echo Dot in January, but I only really use it for alarms and music streaming. It's unplugged right now, though, as my Wi-Fi is down, thus rendering the device practically useless. That's my main complaint about it. That constant reliance on an internet connection, even for really simple stuff like setting an alarm. Music streaming and stuff I can understand, but setting an alarm? Come on now!

That's why I back up everything 4 times, and I agree about the alarms. One more thing to add, a lot of Amazon's music by known artists are remakes, and I mostly don't allow remakes in my music collections. A good cover, that's fine, but remakes by the original artists are never as good, unless it's a good Live version.

I also don't like what Amazon are doing with their free music service. I'm fine with hearing the odd ad once in a while, but at least let me pick the name of the songs I listen to instead of playing 1 or 2 of my desired songs and completely flying off the beat and track (no pun intended) and playing stuff that has absolutely nothing to do with my query whatsoever.
