voice changing for windows

hi everyone, does somebody know a software or a trick on windows 10 without a realtek driver, how to live-voice-change a voice?
with live-changing i mean that when i would, for example in skype, speak in my microphone, the ones that i am calling only hear the changed voice.
does someone know anything about that?

Clownfish already won't work since we need to use skype 8. Morphvox still works and one of my friends has it, if I have a chance to ask for it, I might be able to give it to you.

I know a soundcard I could use swimming pool and if i dropped the microphone i heard splash sound when someone jump into the water I'd like this the program as this the soundcard it is a very old soundcard not factoried already.
