[bug] [conferences] Cannot delete a permanent channel

Short description
We cannot simply delete our permanent channels. I reproduce it from RC1, but do not suppose it has been changed. ;)

Elten and OS
Elten 3.0.5 RC2, Windows 11 Home

Steps to reproduce
If we wish to delete our permanent channels, we have to edit it and unselect "Set as permanent" checkbox.

Comments
A context menu of every channel we can affect should have a Delete option.

How the fix should behave? No Delete option is present in context menu...
