[bug] [forum] Problem with template selection when drafts are remembered

Short description
If we use the draft remember function, there is a problem that the thread template is also permanently selected and it is impossible to return to its selection without temporarily disabling this function

Elten and OS
ELTEN 3.0.5 RC 2, Windows 11 pro

Steps to reproduce
1. Enable the drafts remember function, regardless of whether on the server or locally.
2. Create a thread in the red book waiting room
3. Select a template and write a thread title
4. Stop creating a thread by pressing escape.
5. Press ctrl+n back to create the thread.
6. You will be taken to the thread title edit field, not the template selection field. There is no way to get to this list.
