Hi. I figured I'd make a game thread that, frankly, hasn't been made as far as I know. But maybe that's just me. But what was the first audio game you played? Software wise it was many of the blindfold games. But hardware wize was bop it. I actually later expanded into the audiogame space with a blind legend in 2021.

idk if bop it counts as "audio games".
My first proper audio game in some sense was probably crazy party. A bunch of other things I messed around with, but my english was beyond trashy at that point of growing up. Crafting kingdom was another one. Then came rs, qc, eventually constant battle and sbyw. in very late 2020. Then it goes on in more variaty, clones included.

The first audio game I played, or at least the first one that I can remember (and I don't count the games like battleship SV and the like as audio games) is Technoshock. To this day, I still haven't managed to get anywhere passed the first story, even on the easiest level of difficulty.

I found Light Tech Interactive and loved Light Locator. Later someone introduced me to Super Egg and all its follow-ups came to me by different means. I finally bought Super Egg Hunt Plus when it came out in 2012.

I think the first game I played was Blindfold Tap and Swipe, then I found RS, and at some point Manamon.

I thing the first game I ever played was a game called audiodisc or a polish game called Srebrny labirynt, Siver labyrinth if translated to english.
Tralalalalaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!

First was audiodisk, then came Crazy Party, Last Shot and SBYW. Or maybe SBYW was before Last Shot, dk.

If we count in phone games, Sound of Magic, a german story game was pretty early too.

I think I played it 2018 the first time. Found it at Sight City, got it on my Tablet, was hooked, but had no payment option so my dad bought it on his iPhone XR and we kinda played it together. That had a vibe bro. I can tell you.

One of the first silly audiogames I played over 20 years ago was Mückenjagd, which translates as mosquito hunt into English. As far as I can recall, this game wasn't designed specifically for blind users. The concept was similar to insect therapy by Oriol Gomez.

Haunted factory from Klango 1.35, next 1812 the heart of winter, next Adventure at C which's my favourite game for ever.

Audiodisc was first, then q9, then dragon's games, the guy is now calling himself Talon I believe.
Operation blacksquare, scape scate, rtr, love those to bits.
Entombed and soudrts were one of the first more strategic/complex games I played and shaped my game taste for sure.
Later alter aeon came, battlezone, treasure mania, this will just make me list them for ever lol. Am a sentimental guy.

Same as 13, I think I did this in early 2020.
Then a German MUD. Also Sound of Magic must've been in 2020 too.
Early real games, unsure actually. Probably some tk clone called lw and then sbyw and ls. cp too.
