Disable NVDA warnings

Please make the NVDA addon not installed warning just an entry in your speech buffer rather than forcing a yes/no prompt every time, or at least change it so your selection stays remembered until the system is restarted or the day changes. I have reasons to not use it, and it's annoying getting my program start delayed.

It would be interesting to know the reason or reasons for not using the add-on. Say all is possible with it and not without. I can't think of any other things that are added as far as functionality but I'm fine using it, so yeah, curious I am.

Speech history for example is disabled entirely. Also it feels more fluent without it.

I don't see the fluency thing and I don't rely on speech history, so yeah, different strokes and all that.
