Is this game a clone?

Hello,
SO I thought I would post this in my form first, because I don’t know if the alternate English community will allow me to post such topics, I think it is allowed because I’m not actually sharing a clone, I’m just asking why something is a clone, but Long story short I’m just going to put this in my form for now and then people can respond to it there so that I can handle anything myself.
Someone on the Quinton Sees Playroom forum told me that Constant Battle is a clone, and I am wondering how it is.’cause isn’t it originally made by Renova Games? Or am I wrong? because it says it is made by Renova Games which I do not know a whole lot about them yet, but they seem official to me. They specifically said it is a certain source code that is obtained illegally, and I do not know trueness of that statement. I know that there are a lot of games out there that do have illegally obtained source codes, but I thought that Renova Games originally made constant battle, but I have only been in this community for a short amount of time so I really would not know. Anyways, my point is, how is it a clone? because I have figured out that it is a clone, but how is it a clone?

Hay, I know this is different but does anyone have an updated version of Sam's red spot? I had downloaded a version but it said Error, you have a different version then the one hosted on the server. Can someone please send me an updated version?

Just because something is a clone doesn't mean you shouldn't play it lol.

Yeah, that's true. Just because something is a clone or not does not meen, don't play it.
