elten randomly signing people out? This is new to me

so I know like 2 people who opened elten and suddenly got signed out and had to make new accounts. What is that all about? Even I don't know myself

It does not make any scence to me why this is happening though.

are you sure you didn't accidentally click the archive this account button when editing your account settings?
