Anyone using Dolphin ScreenReader and how is it?

Hi, I'm wondering if anyone here is using the Dolphin ScreenReader. I once tried it for fun with the demo and I was disappointed. It is VERY slow in navigation and complicated. Anyone has positive experience with this?
