Accessible Discord client, does one exist?

Hello everyone.

Many people, including myself, want to use Discord, but the web interface is not convenient and is not the best option for browsing or quick use.

In addition, the official client consumes a significant amount of device resources because it is built with Electron technology.

Are there any accessible and easier-to-use clients?

I have been looking for a way to work on a client, but there is no official way to do so.

Discord only provides the SDK for creating bots, and third-party programs are considered against the privacy policy.

So, I don't know if there are any solutions or software that provide access to Discord in a better way.

Lol! I think, discord is very accessable client for discord. You must to understand how it works. And if you use any websites, you will understand it very fast. I used to think discord has uncomfortable interface but now I use it.

the discord app is accesible if you understand how it works. About consuming resources I don't know discord is not consuming a big amount of resources at least for me

I use discord all the time. And my laptop is not the best, so it should work for almost every device

There's a discord clint called skillgap closure. It works like this.

1. Familiarise yourself with the interface of a common webpage such as https://www.google.com or any similar website.
2. Then apply the keystrokes in nvda, h for headings, e for edit boxes in the website.
Experiment a bit then launch your discord app.
3. Go into your server selection listbox if you havealready joined one, and press enter on the one you wanna chat in, select your channel you wanna message and and boom, apply knowledge, and have fun chatting away to your new discord friends! Happy to help.

I can't get past the CAPTCHA thing, and I've tried many times.

I've tried doing the capcha thing but then I was able to sign in, and I did say I was going to put my server in the sharing part of the forum, but...update, its already in the my teams group thing when they mentioned about having switched to teamtalk or discord and I forgot about it... oh your not alone I've tried that too but have successfully signed in afterwords. Anyways for those that want it, I'll put my discord server in the share and inishitive part of the forum
