Uptime problem on my Asus laptop

Hey everyone!
So as of today, I'm having a very strange problem which I've never experienced before.
After each time I use my laptop, I turn it off entirely. I hear, as well as see the fact it's not working, the USB Hub also disconnects, since it doesn't get electricity.
Today, around two hours ago I turned on the computer and while looking for something, I accidentally pressed the shortcut for NVDA Resource monitor and got the following uptime:
1 day, 1 hour, 19 minutes, 15 seconds
The last time I used this laptop was yesterday in the evening. When I took it out of the bag today to let a friend look at something, we both saw the computer is turned off, and none of us felt anything on the corpus of the computer either.
What the hell is going on?

Update: I tried to fully shut down my computer and this didn't help either. After shutting down the laptop, even a sighted person confirmed it's not working, she didn't see any signs of the computer being turned on. However, after it successfully booted up, the uptime is strange again
1 day, 1 hour, 41 minutes, 15 seconds

As we know, Windows likes to change settings and stuff without informing you, have you checked that in your power plan (just search for power plan in the windows menu) and click the first one, turns it completely off when you shhut it down?

Yeah I did, but I checked it one more time just to make sure. Will try again after I'll be free to experiment, but it's very strange for sure.

It has to do with fast boot. The computer doesn't really shut down and rather goes into a hibernation state. Restart your computer and you will see the uptime go back to 0.
