Server and server provider

Actually, if it costs under 10€, or the equivalent, it will actually not be charged in the current month, but moved to the next one, to save accounting work. For example, I have a VPS and Storage box, which cost around 8€ a month, that's under the 10€, so every 2nd month, I get charged 16 instead.

I was thinking that is charging every hour because I had a server at 19 euro, ccx 13 with dedicated CPU, now having a small server at 10 euro
