It's enough! My statement to silently promotions
Back to Contact with the administration#1 rudolf
Ok. So I said I'll shut up and leave, but I can't anymore and have to give a statement filled by an emotion of disapointment here. Let's go for it.
The user called "Fire" has been promoted to the moderator status wihtout any comment. The same goes for Mckensie. Fire also has one warning and has spoken himself several times towards the direction cracking and clones and actively promotes and hosts these.
So here is the point where I would ask, why? Why are Mckensie and Fire moderators with not being elected and a bad reputation in the community? Why is Fire, who seems to be under 18 and hasn't provided an official statement, voice post or age in the visiting card, being trusted with so much power? Why does the staff of the community look like this?
There is perhaps just one person from the staff team I am happy about to see, and that is Jacobww3 because he seems to be a person following common sense and I've never heard him doing something bad. George wu also supports and administrates a group where sounds of games are not legally being cracked. I hopefully don't need to tell you all that the activities of the users fire and george wu are according the Elten's term and conditions not allowed and usually should be banned.
Noting this all, I would like to see an official statement only by the administrator on this. The facts should speak by themself, but nobody tells them. We need a re-election of the whole staff team. I would not like to express myself bullying, therefore I'm just going to say that it's not really responsible putting George Wu as moderator who by himself said in a slight argue or fight being autistic, which thus means that he eventually can't handle several things properly.
I am really disapointed yet sad how this community has gone down the road, and I - looking realistic - can't see a profatable future for this group. I know this sounds hard, but these are the facts, my friend. Deal with them or not, it's your choize. Be aware that it may affect your community members.
#2 Adasadula
I disagree with what you said about autism. This is something that does not interfere with the position of the moderator. Despite this, I agree with the rest of your statement 100%.
#3 GeorgeWu
I have decided to remove my game sound sharing group for now.
#4 Adasadula
Looking at it from another perspective, you are also an admin of a group that is just as legal as this george's, I mean's the source trading grou, so saying such things is a bit hypocritical.

Hey, so it's the time for me to also clarify a few things as a previous administrator.
First of all sorry for that, but my post is 90 percents written with the mechanical translator, because... UMM. It will be explained Later in the last post lines. Long story short? I Just, simply forgotting how to write in english.
As you can see, the first two lines, written off the top of my head, don’t sound very correct. I wanted the best for this community, but many users were unjustly looking for problems.
For a very long time, I have been dealing with a difficult health situation, but I thought that taking on moderation would help me distract myself from excessive overthinking and immerse myself in work. That’s how it was at the beginning, but seeing the reluctance, I simply let things take their course.
In recent months, I wanted to resign from the administration, which I informed the developer about but finally there was a person who wanted to join the moderation team.
In December, I finally clarified my position, stating that I was stepping down and asking what to do next: whether I should organize elections or hand over the group to someone.
I received a response along the lines of:
"Do what you think is best; we don’t have time to look into this matter at the moment."
So, I decided to hand over the administrator role to the only person on the team who could take it on. Paulinux wouldn’t have taken on running the group due to lack of time. GeorgeWu tends to act overly zealously. Jacob reached out to me himself, so he was given the rights.
Like you, I am very concerned about the current situation. Threads are being archived without clear reasons, people are being unbanned despite breaking the rules, threads are being excessively cleared, and new moderators are being introduced without anyone being informed.
I stepped down from the administration and moderation of the group due to my deteriorating health. Among other issues, I’m experiencing something like increasingly progressive memory loss, whatever. I probably shouldn’t be sharing this, but I feel obligated to explain.
I’ve been forgetting many things, and it’s only getting worse. Also day by day writing or talking in English is becoming harder than before. Because of this, I could accidentally fail to do something I promised or do something and not remember exactly what I had done. For the good of the group, I decided to step down. A sick administrator is not effective administrator.
I didn’t want situations like the current ones to occur, but there’s nothing I can do about it anymore.
Greetings. I hope that better time for all olf us will come unexpectedly.

And? I am not moderator so I have the right to say this. A member is something different than a mod.

I wish you all the best in your recovering process and also agree with your statement.

Thanks. :) BTW sorry for the late statement about that why things turned down the way they did.
There's some moments when i feel better and my writing skills back to the previous level.

Autism can generate some problems with moderation.
Everything counds on the strenght and type of this.
People with autism often have impaired recognition of human emotions or understanding of jokes so moderating can be difficult.
(Adasadula):
I disagree with what you said about autism. This is something that does not interfere with the position of the moderator.

First of all, I did talk to every single one of my moderators. My rule that I clearly told them was that any changes that they think they wanted to do should not be done without my complete Acknowledgement. As for the bands, some of the previous addmins didn't indicate how long the bands were for. So that's why we aggreed that we wanted to start from scratch. So believe me we are going to be making a few changes which I can promiss you will make elten bbetter for everyone.
#11 Sir-Charlie
What? The? Unadulterated? FIDDLESBAATTAM?
#12 Jacobww3
Furthermore, we will be archiving any posts prier to 2022, in order to make the forums less cluddery.
I interviewed my modderators before adding them very carefully.
#13 Sir-Charlie
What was that process like if you thought it good and proper to admit... Fire? Just.. What? Are you serious now? I didn't think this could get any more ridiculous, but I've been proven wrong apparently. There's so much I can speak on, but I'll only mention the unbannings for now. Did none of you think it was a good idea to call up Dash or Arctic Moon to find out why they were banned and for how long, then decide on a case by case basis who gets unbanned and who doesn't? How incompetent are you lot, exactly?
#14 Jacobww3
There were no indication as to how long they were band for. Let's not forget that it was Nuno69 who banned Manny_0211, along with GianniRS26. It was Railwayguy who banned Danielsalatek. He also didn't say how long the bann was for. If the admin team is going to bann someone, they should clearly state as to how long that person will be banned from. I think that a bann for 365 days should be the max next to global banning from elten.
As for Arctic Moon I will be talking to her to figure that out with her. And I will be also reaching out to Pajper, and then we will figure out what the best Corse of action is weather Arctic Moon comes back or weather she gets permanently band. She is supposed to be unbann in January 8th.

O i see that some of posts has been removed from this thread without any info. EG Fire post.
#16 Adasadula
This is going in a very strange direction, and what about fire and MC on the moderation team? When I heard this I thought it was fake.
Fire is literally boasting that with some Firefat or some other guy whose username starts with fire, they will conquer the world of audio games with a clone of The Killer xd
#17 Sir-Charlie
@15, which posts were removed? They seem in tact up to post 14, just before I went to bed.
#18 Jacobww3
Just because someone is under age, doesn't mean they can't do the job. Fire had asked if he could join the team, and I do need a couple more moderators to fill the gap.
#19 Adasadula
you only addressed one part. What about cloning and with all due respect its bad reputation?
#20 rudolf
Then again, have you heard of his reputation? I estimate also his age to be even under 14 or even worse, so you can't tell me that a like this aged person can do such a job. Do you even know his age or anything else about him? It's not working that way dude, when someone asks you to be mod you just can't promote them without knowing any single thing about them.
