A while ago, somebody (I think Marc?) Brought up Jacob being a bad mod because of his autism. At the time he was attacked for it. This topic is a good example of why someone with severe autism should not be put into an administrative position. It's not a matter of ableism or bullying, it's just the reality of the matter. Autism is a spectrum of course, and some people are impacted differently by the condition. But one such way the condition can impact a person is social interraction and social cues. Both of which are important for administration.
As for how Jacob's doing? I wrote another post about that. TL:DR, it's fine now until the shit hits the fan

Oh, actually I'm docking a few points for unbanning Gamerkid. I love him. He's great. But from an objective point of view he should've never been unbanned. Ditto for a certain child toucher who I understand was also unbanned. If you don't have all the particulars of a case, it's not that hard to send Arctic or Dash a quick PM to find out what's up, or even a quick browse through some of the archived topics.

That sounds like a him problem, doesn't it? That's the problem with society now adays. Everyone wants to have the cake and eat it too.
"I'm autistic so you have to give me a chance because I may not understand social cues and might mess up and do things that would be seen as in appropriate and make people uncomfortable".
Also "Make me moderator. I'm perfectly capable of dealing with people".
Us, "Are you sure about that? You did say that you may not understand social cues and might mess up and do things that would be seen as in appropriate and make people uncomfortable".
Them: "Hey how could you that's offensive!"
For Christ sake, you can't have it both ways.

Hey, this seems like a personal attack, remember he has autism please. Consider this as inofficial bullshit, oh wait they wouldn't evenwrite that formal, but anyway personal attack very very bad shame on you. Na on a serious note, I absolutely agree!

I had an idea of unarchiving some of the old topics, but first I have to talk to the team about this. I took time to realize that why sometimes archiving topics doesn't matter any year is not a good thing. I found out that Putting back the topic unarchive will be good just in case if people want to revive it.
sorry.

Archiving 90 percent of threads is stupid.
