If you have the installer the data usually saves in your roaming folder on your computer. No packs available, you have to click on download new packs in the main menu.

They use to have an installer of rhythm rage on oriolgomezs site.
I never use the zip file before on rhythm rage but I think the save file is stored in the zip file somewhere Or in program data.

Rhythm rage has been dead for a long time now. It's still on his sight though under legacy BGT games and it's still playable, you just need to launch game.exe, and the save actually goes in your documents and it's called rg.dat.
