Help me figure out what OS this device runs based on the sounds.

I have an old smart watch from LG, and figuring out what operating system it is running is proving to be quite the challenge. My goal is to identify the operating system to figure out how to best extract all the sounds from the device, it has unique sounds that I have not been able to locate. I will post a video I created of the sounds I can have it make, its a touch screen device with poor accessibility.

it is lg's own os that doesn't have a name, I have these sounds as they were used on android devices

Is there a way to extract or view the files of these devices? The sounds in this one were created special for these devices, wich no longer work.
Edit: I also have an earlier version that does not use a tuch screen but rather 1 button.

sounds like one of those verison kids watches my mom made me use one time. same tts voice and the charging and power on and off sounds were the same and so was the power off prompt. This probably isn't the case though.

No, you are 100% correct. The gizmo gadget. I had to memorize whair things were on the screen, but it has some cool sounds I would like to rip from the device.

hmmmm well it may run some sort of direct os provided by vzw and if it did run android or what ever lg ran you could probably not turn on adb if it did run some version of android. Its probs really really locked down because well of corse and you could try doing something with a USB but idk how that would work.

It is LG web OS. I have tried connecting to it, threw micro usb, and you get this, install vzw200.exe thing, but once its installed, it does not show up in my apps list, and nothing changes. It appears to use a serial connection, so not sure if I can do anything with that.

check your program files maybe, just try installing the vzw it may do something but who knows.
