CONVERSATIONS FLOW! THEY EVOLVE! THEY GO PLACES!

TOPIC: DOGS
-> Someone mentions their dog's favorite food
-> Another person asks about ingredients
-> Discussion on pet nutrition
-> Chat about animal health in general
-> Someone's cousin is a vet, shares a story
-> Leads to talk about medical school
BOOM! HALF THE THREAD IS MARKED OFF-TOPIC AND DELETED! HOURS OF DISCUSSION GONE! WHY? BECAUSE YOU CAN'T HANDLE THE CONCEPT OF HUMAN INTERACTION AND THAT CONVERSATIONS EVOLVE!
BUT NOOOOOO! CAN'T HAVE THAT, CAN WE??? YOUR PRECIOUS LITTLE MINDS EXPLODE IF A THREAD ISN'T 100% ON YOUR NARROWLY DEFINED "TOPIC"!
WHAT'S NEXT? GONNA TIME HOW LONG WE CAN TALK ABOUT EACH SUBTOPIC?

The current Admin wants to take ideas and policies from other communities where the culture is different in hopes of "fixing" our problems. Despite several months of those ideas being tried, and clearly failing.
The Admin is just too out of touch as far as I'm concerned.
I mean imagine it's so bad that we literally have to archive posts in a separate forum because the admin can delete literally any post at will just because he doesn't like them. Hell, one of my posts were recently editted without me even being notified because it made references to deleted posts. He says he has several years of administrative experience, but in what community is that foolishness tolerated? But, why am I surprised? If she hadn't left Arctic Moon would've likely still been a Moderator, and we see what her true colours are like.

All that I survey, I could easily destroy. From time to time, it is important to remind these small creatures of the true extent of my power.

Devolving to Moon's tactics, I see. Rule number one of discussion, never make bold statements or ascriptions about someone unless you have evidence to back your claims. Best case sinario you look childish and just a bit silly. Worst case you make yourself look like you have nothing of value to bring against the other person and you're looking for anything to keep afloat.
Rule number 2, don't bring up things that are technically similar to your product just to make yourself look better, especially when that other thing wasn't mentioned. See rule 1.
