Hi there, my siri (german, germany) is stuck at downloading the offline voice processing for a week now at 99 %. What to do next? Restarting, no success! Resetting network settings, no success! Change language, download it and change it back, no success! I'm not interested in wiping this phone because it would make serious problems with my bank account, bus tickets and more.

I didn't do anything with the phone, the only thing I did is I switched Siri to English to try it out and then sswitched back to German, that's when it stopped working. And Rudolf, looool ist not very helpful.

I fixed it myself. Simply switched to Swiss, let it download and then to german again. Downloaded and got stuck again. Restarded the phone, Siri automatically switched to US, I switched it back and it now works.

I didn't even say looool but O, K?
I mean sorry but, it's not my issue if you play around with your phone and then break someting else. It mustn't be Siri related to break also Siri, as well
Also, come on, you can't tell me now that you just ran by randomness in a problem nobody else of millions of users faced into. This literally MUST be related to your play-arounds.
Just stop playing around on your main phone dude, it's risky as hell, unnecessary and as you see can it cause serious bugs, besides apple still could catch you.

I think it's not related to playing around with anything, it's more likely that it is a bug in iOS 18 (I found some similar posts on Redit without any com´ments where Siri downloads get stuck at a random percentage).

iOS 18 is basically still in beta, so do it at your own risk.

It's allready an RC, so this should be exactly the same as they'll release on September 16. And I've fixed the problem at I wrote before, so forget about this thread.

iOS 18 rc is extremely stable for me on my 15 plus

For me too, there's only this one thing.

Interesting news: Zollotech covered in todays video that this week there was an issue with siri downloading again and again and getting stuck at 99 %. They've fixed it now, so not my issue.
