I decide to leave Elten.
Why?
1. There is no justice here. Recent unfair bans for several users have proven this very well.
2. There are no clear rules. As Arctic Moon already mentioned, we have three sets of rules, sometimes contradicting each other, and we have to accept them all.
3. Piracy is not accepted but still allowed (equals hypocrisy). Downloading videos from Youtube is against the Youtube rules and is considered piracy, but it is implemented directly in the Elten client.
4. The main developer of Elten @pajper does nothing to improve the experience for casual users, moderators and admins.
5. Drama and childish behavior is growing more and more.
6. There is nothing useful for me anymore.
7. Elten is still slow and unresponsive and has the same bugs reported a year ago. No development at all.

The main reason why I am writing this post is that there is no way to completely delete my account and all my data from Elten servers.
And according to GDPR I officially notify @pajper and all other responsible people that I want to completely erase my account along with my personal blog, any of forum posts and all other information, including information about my IP addresses and hardware IDs of all devices I used for connecting to Elten.
If this is not done, I reserve my right to notify the authorities of Poland and to claim my GDPR rights in court.

If some of the admins or moderators will remove this topic or ban me without completely and irreversibly deleting my account, these people will also be welcome in court.

Sorry for these loud words, but as I see David Pieper and his helpers do not understand anything in other way. So I decided to speak in their language.

There are a few problems here.
You are threatening Dawid with court, but he can easily delete only one account, which means yours. Other people are still not going to get justified, or their account deleted. You might reach what you want, but others are still going to be treated the wrong way.
And that's the basic problem here.

What I am about to say is not intended to be offensive. But you can leave the platform without making a post in the administrative section of the community. Maybe I'm the one who is mistaken, but if you don't have or didn't have an important position here, for many it won't be important that you're leaving Elten. As I say, I may be the one who is mistaken, but if I had something to say, I would write it directly to the developer. But each person knows why they do things.

You can archive your account to mark it as archived. You can delete your blog, messages and profile.
No, we will not delete your posts, IPs, HWIDs and so on, everything in accordance with the paragraphs on archiving activities and ensuring the operation of services, including the right to store logs, all as described in RODO (polish implementation of GDPR).
Also I very much hope that this is a real farewell and not yet another drama attempt.

I will not just archive my account because it means not deletion but just hiding it from public eyes.
Also I write this post here publicly because if I just write to @pajper it would be silenced as always.
@pajper if this is your last word, then okay, some day we will meet in court.
And this is not a complete farewell until @pajper starts to act in accordance with GDPR.

Btw also in accordance with GDPR I have a right to get all the information related to me which was collected by Elten program.
And I wish to claim that right to.
I am waiting for all these data to be send to my email specified in my account settings.
And I write about this here because there is no dedicated button to request my data export.

A little tip, we have a saying in Polish that one action says more than 1000 words. If you want to litigate, you should file a pre-trial summons, then a lawsuit, and so on. This would justify your willingness to act. Because the words themselves confirm the theory about drama and the desire to draw attention.
As for data collecting, of course we can send it, by the way we are already working on implementing this function in Elten 2.5.3.

There are a few simple reasons why this is written here, in public.
Unfortunately, there are more and more incidents about this program that, if more information were available to the general user, Elten would no longer have a user base. However, the fact that practically every second action of the program is in violation of official laws is, I think, not a subject that can be simply hushed up. In this case, as in all of them, the problem is not with Pajper personally, but with the new direction of the program and the need to govern a community by nonsensical rules without tools.
It's like trying to cut bread without a knife. Or clapping without hands. Or eat without a mouth.

this mystery that you are generating makes you two look bad, because until you bring proof, no one will believe. I don't particularly put my hands in the fire for any program or game, but to believe you have to know what is happening.

A quick question. If you say, after archiving your user profile, it's automatically being deleted from the system. Why are you able to unarchive it and continue to use your account?
Isn't it possible the account isn't deleted at all and it's just a kind of design so users can be sure they are safe?
It's true Zvonimirek222 isn't in the users list. But from where do we know his data isn't saved somewhere on the server?
Why do other sites allow you to delete your account entirely, yet they all work following GDPR?
Why are you so connected to our HWIDs? Are you aware of the fact that if we reset our computers, as far as I know it changes? So it makes no sense to save it for ever and not be able to delete it, as we can go around HWID bans as well.
One more question, which is related to this only a bit. If someone is globally banned, does that mean he can't write anything into his blog either?
Can't he go manually to wordpress and continue writing from there?

As I've mentioned before. Please think about a more strict system for dealing with users because at this time it's ridiculous how safe you think the program is and you keep all our details, yet we can easily avoid literaly any kind of ban here.
I'll say more, there are even people who are logged in with two accounts at the same time, and noone prohibits that either.
So yeah... Use our details wisely, or delete them by request.

It does, since Elten works by EU laws.
And if it isn't, I'm going to do the same. And I'm an EU citizen so Elten has no rights to refuse.

-onsensical post. And yes indead, you have to allowe people to fully delete your stuff in gdpr. Only thing you can do is keep it for a while, but you must make deletion date clear. There is a possibility to keep data even longer then that if there are legal reasons for example, an ongoing police investigation. This, does not apply here.
