Recruitment for the position of a moderator

Due to the recent situation:
We are looking for users for the position of a moderator. This is an open recruitment. We reserve the right, to reject proposals and selected candidates without giving any reason.
To become a moderator of the English community:
You must communicate correctly in English;
Be at least 18 years of age;
Have a good reputation, E.g 0 warnings;
Have an account on the Telegram application, as the team's communication takes place there.

I just wonder, why we have now someone in the moderator team which is really inactive as fuck in the forum?

Because I know this person's competence and we have worked together for many years.

They're not hardly active though...I've only seen like 10 of their posts. Also can this thread be closed sense they've been taken in?

Oh, let me guess. In the polish community which is totally different to this one? I'm not going or tryingt attack, but, hmm...
