to all of you who think IOS is the most popular

On android try AutoTTS. It saved me a lot of headache to be honest. Well yeah, on iOS you have nothing like that unfortunately, I feel you guys.
-- (balteam):
I had 4 phones with android, since june I have iphone 15 pro, and I am switching on android again. It's so annoying when you don't have regular expressions and you read in 2 languages. When someone wnts to use espeak ng, it works slowly, pauses are too big, you can solve this problem, but later other voices read too slowly everything.
I thought that spell checking works well on braille keyoard, unfortunately not.
Voice vista works very well, that's pity it isn't on android.
Battery works also very well on ios, I loose about 70% per day when I use quite often my iphone.
Of course on android we have also bugs, like problems with braille keyboards on CSR, but after 2 months, at least for me, ios is a lot of more annoying, for example I can't set 1-finger gestures.
Ah, and siri works great as well.
I found more annying bugs, but that's enough :D

@20, um.. What? I live in Trinidad and Tobago, a developing country that doesn't even support Apple Pay not America.. I thought this was very well-known information.
EDIT:
Yeah you were teh 11TH Post when I read the thread last night as well.

autotts is slowly if I'm not wrong, and if you have two latin languages, it recognises them badly, I just prefer to add some regular expressions.

you were not 12th you were 11th

I can open discord on the beta perfectly fine...no crashes.
Oh and my battery is fine. So for late response.
-- (ArcticMoon):
Try to open discord on the new beta. I hope your phone also won't talk and is going to freeze until a sighted person helps.
Try to use any vocalizer voice other than english and I hope you'll also find bugs from 8 years ago which they still didn't correct. Not surprising though. Hello pause480
Try to at least use the official client of Telegram and see the beautiful accessibility. Blindy apps don't count, as they are waaaay behind in terms of development.
Try to use RH voice. Didn't succeed? Oh shit.
For my EU fellows, AI stuff isn't going to be available in apple systems yet for a looong while.
Well and try to go away for a day, take your phone with you, fully charged. I hope at least 2% will remain at 3 o'clock. Try to go home with that, using the non-existing osmand. Or after the 3000 usd iPhone, buy bone conducting headphones as well so you can use the 40 dollar blind square, or voice vista, which is actually free... Clap clap.

Did you listen to your screenreader? :) He said it's fine for him :D nobody considers a battery with a lifetime of 6 hours as fine. :)
#28 Sir-Charlie
Why would you even use a phone for more than a combined six hours anyway? My average screen time is like 2-3 hours. 4 on a very slow day.
#29 GeorgeWu
Personally I tried both ios and Android and I like either or.
There is always room for improvements for these two operating systems.
#30 GeorgeWu
Why would you want cats on your phone? I don't really want cats to begin anyway.
-- (Olivier):
i strongly dislike apple because it does not include cats

#31 rudolf
bruh. What is wrong with you? Donb't you get that's a troll?
#32 GeorgeWu
Yeah but I just wanna respond him back before that I haven't done.
#33 Sir-Charlie
He left the forum weeks ago. So you're responding to the void.
#34 ArcticMoon
if you don't want cats, don't buy an alcatel

Do you mean Al"cat"el?
#36 Sir-Charlie
Do they even still make phones? Haven't heard about them in a while.
#37 ArcticMoon
no, they now produce cats

It's interesting. I tried using an Android phone, Samsung S24 to be exact, for about a day, and the battery life was much much worse than on my iPhone 15 plus.
#39 musicman5464
I've used both iOS and android and prefer iOS for personal reasons. More than that I refuse to say.
#40 Emrah20
I like Android, because I can get to Android My own tones for notifications, e-mail, not just ringtone. I think to own sounds.
