Envision assistant
Back to Mobile devices#1 Jokyboy129
Hi there, what do you think about the Envision assistant app that is currently in beta? Is anyone here envolved in the testing group? I'm testing it right now and I think that it's nice. But of course it still has some weird bugs.

And what, exactly, does it?
#3 Jokyboy129
It is a bit like Be My AI. You take a photo, ask what you want to do with it (e.g. read the text) and Envision Assistant gives yo a summary of the text read by an ElevenLabs voice you can select in the app's settings. After that you can ask follow-up questions with your voice or use the text imput to type it. You can also add other photos. So, basically it's improved BeMyAI from the Envision company.

Android support?
#5 Jokyboy129
No! At the time of now not. You can check everything out on envision-assistant.com.

Sad, another app just for people having money to throw out of the window for an IPhone.

vAn android version will follow in the future.

this is one of the main reasons I'll keep my iPhone even if I ever switch to Android.
#9 Urh2006
The technological advancements always come to Apple devices first, Android is just a copy of everything.

never use android. if your blind , getting a android is just about the worst thingg you can do. as speshaly if you have a iphone all ready. no they caust alot but android is just bad for blind users.

Dude are you dumb? Android is the best you can get if you're searching for a freaking heck of custumicable options! IPhone is much more expensive. Honesty, yes, it gets the most apps in the first place but still that does not mean that Android does not gets any apps.
#12 magistral
this IOS/android drama will never end, it's pointless to debate on that, people choos what they want. IMO android's better for me.
#13 rudolf
Still it is very stupid to say that whole Android is not accessible and good when he doesn't even checked it, apparently.
Dude, that is so redicolous at this point. you expect from people to believe your dumb Fortnite talk, complain about android's accessibility but you're saying by yourself people should not complain about accessibility which does not exist for them before they checked it!

IMO apple better, but ehh. And yes, I've had both.

I don't think you atacking is really helping here. but yeah I like apple better tbh. I like androide as well
#16 Urh2006
They're both good but in all honesty I am just telling you that Apple wins in all categories except customizability, and if you like that than go for it, i've had both, have just recently tried Android a week ago (android 13 for context), and I did like it a lot so I might switch one day but I will make sure that I keep my trusty Apple at all times.
